Kumara Shines was born from a simple belief — that every woman deserves to wear something real. Not plated. Not synthetic. Not mass-produced. Real gemstones, formed over thousands of years beneath the earth's surface, certified authentic and set with care in solid 925 sterling silver.

We started Kumara Shines because we noticed a gap. The high street was full of jewellery that looked beautiful in the shop window but lost its shine within weeks. And the truly precious pieces — the ones with real stones and real stories — felt out of reach for most people.

We wanted to change that.

Every piece in our collection is sourced from trusted suppliers who provide authenticity certificates with every stone. From Sri Lankan sapphires to natural emeralds, rubies, amethysts and coral — each gemstone carries a story that began long before it reached us, and will continue long after it reaches you.
