WHAT IS AN AUTHENTICITY CERTIFICATE?

An authenticity certificate is a document provided by our trusted gemstone suppliers confirming that the stone in your piece is a genuine, naturally formed gemstone. It is not synthetic, not simulated, and not treated to appear as something it isn't.

The certificate details the stone type, its natural origin, and confirms it has been assessed and verified by our supplier before reaching us.

Every natural gemstone in our collection carries a certificate, including:

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CERTIFICATE?

Your authenticity certificate is included inside your Kumara Shines gift box when your order is dispatched. It arrives with your piece and is yours to keep. We recommend storing it safely alongside your jewellery — particularly if you ever choose to insure your piece or pass it on as a gift.

WHY DOES THIS MATTER?
